His father, a highly skilled contractor and founder of Sup-R-Craft Construction Corp, started his career as a carpenter and built a strong reputation in the industry. He passed down his knowledge and expertise to Casper, and together, they built a home for Casper’s mother project that ignited his lifelong passion for building. With over 60 years of experience, Casper has been a cornerstone of the industry, constructing more than 1,000 homes from foundation to finish.

His craftsmanship, attention to detail, and unwavering commitment to quality have made him a trusted name in construction. At just 17 years old, Casper answered another calling—he joined the U.S. Army, where he served with dedication until becoming a disabled veteran. Throughout his military career, he earned the respect of his fellow soldiers and carried the values of discipline, integrity, and perseverance with him into his civilian life.

Today, Casper remains deeply committed to the construction industry, focusing on public sector projects where he can make a lasting impact.
